Note: As 2010 approaches its end, we have so much for which to be thankful. The Bible calls believers to give thanks to God in many passages, such as:
Give thanks to the Lord, call on His name; make known among the nations what he has done." (1 Chronicles 16:8)
"Give thanks in all circumstances for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus." (1 Thessalonians 5:18)

Note: After asking a number of coworkers at her workplace about which turkey recipe they used for Thanksgiving, SiowFong discovered that many of her colleagues recommended the recipe recommended by Alton Brown of the Food Network, so she tried it as well, and the turkey turned out well, cooked and juicy.

Note: For the Guo family, this was the first without Timothy, Alex's older brother, as he is study abroad in China for a year, so SiowFong invited to our home for this special occasion.
